Our DTF prints are printed on a Commercial DTF printer, with premium inks
For best results images should be supplied in PNG, SVG, AI, PSD, EPS format.
Artwork printed as supplied, we will not check/resize or edit your files in any way. We print with a 3-pixel choke (0.0508 mm) lines less than 6 pixels (0.1016mm) will not receive white ink coverage and adherence to garments.
Stay within the CMYK colour range, you will not achieve extreme bright colours that your monitor can achieve. Do not design with elements that are less than 6 pixels wide (Extremely small lines).

We send all our DTF in a mailer tube to protect prints and not crease the prints.

1 DTF Apparel Print Service
1. Please note that we WILL NOT do any photo editing (resizing, color matching, etc.) so please make sure the design is using transparent background images unless you want the background printed. Do Not Mirror Image while sending.
2. To ensure all contents will be included from the prints, please set the maximum width to 280mm
3. Please double check if your graphic is CLEAR BACKGROUND before sending.
Full Charge may occur for image reprint if your image is not following the instructions.
Direct to Film Process Pressing Instructions
Easily press prints onto various material,Preheat garment to remove excess moisture
Place your artwork directly onto the garment, uncovered (if your heat press runs hot use a Teflon sheet over the top of the print)
Press for 15 seconds
Best to wait and peel COLD.
Press a second time for additional 15 seconds at the same temperature, covering with either the film peeled off, Teflon sheet or baking paper. Pressing the second time cures the print into the garment.
Wait 24 hours before washing or stretching.
Temperature: 155c/160C degrees. Start at a lower temp and adjust as necessary.
